Website Maintenance Plans your site, kept current
Sites decay quietly: software ages, links rot, forms break unnoticed. A maintenance plan keeps yours updated, backed up, and watched, with the scope agreed up front so you always know what is covered.
What a plan covers
Scheduled updates
Software, dependencies, and content kept current on a regular cadence, not when something breaks.
Backups
Regular backups you can actually restore from, tested rather than assumed.
Monitoring
Uptime and error monitoring so problems surface to us before your customers report them.
Small content edits
Hours for the routine changes: new staff photo, updated hours, a fresh testimonial you earned.
Plain reporting
A short regular summary of what was done and what we noticed. No vanity dashboards.
Scope agreed up front
Every plan lists exactly what is included before you sign. Bigger work like new features or a redesign gets its own honest quote instead of surprise line items.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We start with a review of the site's stack and condition; if we can maintain it responsibly we will quote a plan, and if it needs rebuilding first we will say that plainly.
What is not included in a maintenance plan?
New features, redesigns, and large content projects are scoped separately so your plan price stays predictable. The plan covers the agreed recurring work: updates, backups, monitoring, and small edits.
Want your site off your worry list?
Tell us what you are running. We will scope a plan honestly, including whether you need one at all.
