What does GDK Digital do?

GDK Digital builds practical software for small teams and service businesses. We ship five products in active sales (Fortilis, GDK-CRM, FTC, GDK Nexus, Tavira), operate one sibling brand (Feathers AI), and build custom AI agents and Claude Skills for clients.

How do I sign up?

Create an account once at gdkdigital.com/register.html. The same login works across every GDK Digital product. After signing up, choose the product you want to start with.

Do I need a separate account for each product?

No. A single GDK Digital account works across every product. Per-product access is controlled by subscriptions and seats.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies by product and plan and is managed in our admin system. Visit the pricing page or the specific product page for current rates. We do not hardcode prices in marketing copy because they may change; we always source from the database.

What about trials or starter plans?

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account. You can cancel, pause, or change plans at any time. Refund policies are described in our Terms of Service.

Security & trust

How does GDK Digital handle customer data?

We store production data in the United States, encrypt data at rest in supported managed databases, and use per-product database boundaries. Fortilis specifically uses zero-knowledge client-side encryption. Our security page documents our posture in detail.

Is GDK Digital SOC 2 certified?

No. We do not currently claim SOC 2 certification and do not display badges we have not earned. If formal certification is on our roadmap, our security page updates when it changes.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Email security@gdkdigital.com with a description, reproduction steps, and any proof-of-concept material. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
