Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account. You can cancel, pause, or change plans at any time. Refund policies are described in our Terms of Service.
We store production data in the United States, encrypt data at rest in supported managed databases, and use per-product database boundaries. Fortilis specifically uses zero-knowledge client-side encryption. Our security page documents our posture in detail.
No. We do not currently claim SOC 2 certification and do not display badges we have not earned. If formal certification is on our roadmap, our security page updates when it changes.
