AI Readiness Assessment find out where AI actually earns its keep
Before you buy tools or build agents, know where AI genuinely helps your business and where it does not. We map your workflows and hand you a prioritized roadmap with honest effort estimates. We use these tools to run our own company every day, so the advice comes from operating, not slideware.
What the assessment covers
Workflow mapping
We sit with how your business actually runs: where time goes, what repeats, what breaks.
Opportunity scoring
Each candidate use of AI gets an honest score: value if it works, effort to build, and risk if it misfires.
The 'not yet' list
Some things AI does badly or expensively. Your roadmap names them so you do not burn money finding out.
Prioritized roadmap
A concrete order of adoption, from quick wins to bigger builds, with effort estimates you can plan around.
Advice from operators, not observers
Our own delivery runs on Claude skills, agents, and automations daily, and three of our custom GPTs are live in ChatGPT. What we recommend is what we have already lived with.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do we actually receive from an assessment?
A written workflow map of where AI can help your business and where it cannot, a prioritized roadmap with honest effort estimates for each opportunity, and a working session to walk through it. The roadmap is yours to act on with us or without us.
Are we obligated to build with you afterward?
No. The assessment stands on its own. If the honest answer for part of your business is that AI is not worth it yet, the roadmap says so.
Want to know what AI can do for your business?
Ask us. If the honest answer is "not much yet," the assessment will say that too.
