1. Overview

Pitch Please is a roof-pitch measurement app published by GDK Digital LLC. This policy covers the Pitch Please mobile app only. The GDK Digital company and website privacy policy is at /privacy.

2. The short version

Pitch Please does not collect, transmit, store off your device, sell, or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

3. Camera

The app requests camera permission because measuring and photographing roof alignment is the app's core function. The camera feed is processed on your device to show the alignment guide. Photos you choose to capture are saved to your own device photo library. GDK Digital never receives them.

4. Motion sensors

The app reads your device's motion sensors on-device to calculate pitch in real time. This data is not stored, transmitted, or collected.

5. On-device settings

Calibration offset and app settings are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

6. No data collection

The app contains no analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, advertising SDK, account system, or network calls that send your data to GDK Digital or any third party.

7. No selling or sharing

GDK Digital does not sell or share your personal information, and does not collect any to sell or share.

8. No cookies or tracking

The app uses no cookies, tracking technologies, third-party SDKs, device identifiers, or advertising or analytics trackers.

9. No off-device storage; no server-side breach surface

Because nothing is transmitted off your device, GDK Digital holds no Pitch Please user data on any server, and there is no server-side data that could be exposed in a breach.

10. Children

Pitch Please is a general-audience utility, is not directed to children, and collects no data from anyone, including children.

11. Your rights

Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or export. Uninstalling the app removes its on-device settings.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States, without limiting any non-waivable rights you have under your local laws (for example, GDPR or UK GDPR for EEA and UK users).

13. Changes

If the app's data behavior ever changes (for example, analytics or accounts are added), this policy and the store data-safety disclosures will be updated before that version ships.
